Instructions to install our Self Adjusting Hydraulic Brake Kit |

|
**There can be no tension on the master cylinder arm while
bleeding. |
||
|
1.Cut nylon brake line to desired length and attach the
nylon brake lines to the master cylinder and caliper as shown in picture
or attach the stainless brake lines |
||
|
2. Bleed as per the instructions included in the kit or visit the bleeding section on our support page.
|
||
|
3. Bend or Grind away as needed, the bracket that held the old
brake cable/spring. |
||
|
4. Remove the old caliper and bracket and install the
new rear brake bracket and caliper. Add shims or washers between the
bracket and the caliper as needed to center the pads on the rotor. (Note:
The rotor floats.) |
||
|
5. Mount the front master cylinder bracket, as shown in
picture. |
||
|
6. Add washers between the bracket and master cylinder,
as needed, so there is clearance for the kick starter. |
||
|
7. Attach the brake yoke to the master cylinder arm.

8. If running with stock foot guards, you may need to
add washers between the frame and the foot guard as shown in picture. |
